WHAT WE'VE BEEN UPTO
Hi Parents & Carers!
From 14th September, our preschoolers will be starting a brand-new series called “Thank You, God for Helping Us.”
Each week, we’ll be opening up the Bible together and exploring stories where God helped people in all kinds of challenging situations. From brave heroes to ordinary people, the children will see how God was always there to give strength, courage, and comfort — and how He promises to help us too!
Through fun storytelling, creative crafts, songs, and play, we’ll be helping the children discover that they can say:
“Thank You, God, for helping me!”
We’ve also been learning a simple memory verse together to help the children carry this truth in their hearts. This verse tells them in clear, simple language that God is strong, safe, and always ready to help. It reassures them that they can rely on Him — just like they rely on a parent or teacher for help. If you’d like to practice it at home with them, try adding hand motions, clapping rhythms, or even drawing pictures together to help them remember it.
Our prayer is that this series will help your preschooler begin to understand that God loves them, hears them, and is always there to help — whether they’re at home, at nursery, or at play.
We can’t wait to share these special Sundays with your little ones and to see their faith grow in joyful, age-appropriate ways!
