an overview of the event

what it's about

A two-day conference marking 500 years since the first printing of the new testament in English, exploring its lasting influence on culture, church, and historical development. Drawing on the boldness and work of William Tyndale, the event celebrates the role of scripture in shaping theological thought and global impact since.

who you'll hear from

It also offers a unique experience, including a modern digital tour of key London sites connected to Tyndale’s story, as well as the premiere of "Open Heaven" by celebrated actor Stefan Smart. This new production brings the first twelve chapters of the Book of Acts to life, designed to engage both church and wider communities alike.
